Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist & Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Moreton Bay Ford. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle registration and documentation
  • Clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Vehicle purchase processing and deal maintenance
  • Maintaining regulatory certifications and compliance
  • Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring all customers are attended to
  • Providing general advice on finance and insurance options

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or accounts person
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and high attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
