About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Receptionist to join our team at NHP. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk reception area, including greeting visitors, contractors, and training attendees
  • Coordinate events, customer functions, and training sessions, including room setup, catering, and cleanup
  • Handle administrative duties, such as purchase order and invoice management, travel arrangements, and data entry
  • Provide support to the State Manager and Sales Leadership team, including forecasting, sales reporting, and data analysis
  • Manage facility operations, including contractor management, OH&S coordination, and cleaner liaison
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and reception skills, with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
