Position Overview: This is a permanent full-time opportunity within a prominent automotive dealership. We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to oversee customer services and elevate the client experience for one of Australia's largest family-owned automotive groups.

  • Requirements: Relevant experience in Service Advising, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus superannuation and commission.
  • Location: South Eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers and managing service inquiries and appointments.
  • Documenting repair orders and providing ongoing updates to clients regarding vehicle status.
  • Coordinating courtesy vehicles and estimating repair costs and timelines.
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Controller to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Providing quotes and securing authorization for additional services.
  • Addressing minor customer complaints and contributing to the growth of the service department.
