Senior Estimator for Luxury Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Senior Estimator to lead our luxury homes division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), managing sub-contractor quotes, drafting contracts, and ensuring project cost reporting is precise.

  • Preparing accurate BOQs, take-offs and trade package comparisons
  • Managing and coordinating sub-contractor quotes and procurement
  • Drafting and managing contracts and variations
  • Budget tracking and project cost reporting

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience working on high-end projects, strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with directors and site teams to deliver exceptional projects.
