Senior Contract Administrator

This position is ideal for a skilled contract administrator seeking to work on high-end residential projects in Sydney.

As a senior contract administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts, variations, and progress claims for luxury home projects.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims for luxury home projects.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assisting with procurement, letting trade packages, and contract negotiations.
  • Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation.
  • Working closely with the project manager to track budgets and costs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Our client is a reputable builder based in Sydney's upper North shore who specializes in delivering luxury homes and boutique apartment projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a contract administrator in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of construction contracts.

Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects is highly desirable.

A sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management are essential for this role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are also required, as well as being a team player who can work effectively in a down-to-earth and supportive environment.
