We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Multi-site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our operations.

About the Role:

This position involves managing store operations and performance, leading a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Lead a team of up to 100 people, including store managers
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Manage store operations and performance, including sales and customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:

You will also need to be flexible and able to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
