Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Trainer to join our team. As an Airport Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and assessment services to airport stakeholders on various operational procedures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on airport operations, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the knowledge and skills of airport personnel in areas such as airside operations, ramp procedures, and emergency response planning.
  • Collaborate with airport management and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant performance, and evaluation results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation, education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in airport operations, training, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
