Airport Operations Leader

As a seasoned airport operations leader, you will be responsible for managing the team and vehicle fleet requirements to meet operational goals.

  • Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands
  • Monitor customer service delivery and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure effective performance management practices are applied at the location
  • Proactively seek solutions to problems identified

As the Airport Operations Leader, you will have the ability to create and facilitate a team environment, identify and monitor employee needs, and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of the annual business plan and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading and inspiring a team in a similar role and/or environment (car rental industry experience being advantageous)
  • Full unrestricted working right in Australia
  • Excellent computer proficiency especially with MS Office
