About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at SSP Limited. As a key member of our People Services team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining templates and processes that ensure high-quality service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain payroll processing and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Provide accurate data and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor international payrolls and process UK modified scheme payroll within HMRC guidelines.
  • Support visa and immigration issues for global business operations.
  • Manage SSP benefits program, including system maintenance and benefit provision.

Accountability

  • Ensure all HR documents meet legal, audit, and quality standards.
  • Guarantee benefits are provided and processed in line with regulations.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling HR systems and payroll for 900-1000 employees.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to work on multiple reports and dashboards.
  • Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
