As a Graduate HR Generalist at Canonical, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the APAC region. This includes maintaining our HRIS, owning global projects, and partnering with managers and employees to drive the people strategy for your areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include process new hires, providing support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits, conducting regular audits of employment files and systems, and guaranteeing smooth salary payments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a performance-driven annual bonus, a personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, and a range of other benefits including distributed work environment, recognition rewards, and employee assistance programme.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
