Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Engage Personnel. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with Clients and Regulatory Bodies
You will be responsible for communicating with clients, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to ensure timely and accurate lodgements and payments.
Scheduling and Responding to Client EnquiriesYou will be responsible for scheduling client appointments and responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing Client Correspondence and DocumentsYou will be responsible for preparing client correspondence, including letters and emails, as well as preparing and lodging ASIC forms and collating financial statements and tax returns.
Maintaining Client Information and Software SystemsYou will be responsible for maintaining and updating software systems with client information and ensuring that all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements- Previous Client Services Experience
Previous experience in a client services role within an accounting practice would be highly advantageous.
Professional Services BackgroundA professional services background is essential for this role, as you will be working with clients and regulatory bodies on a daily basis.
Tech Savviness and Attention to DetailYou will need to be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems, as well as having a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou will need to have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively with our team.
