Crop Insurance Client Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Crop Insurance Client Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the servicing, processing, and sales support for our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Insurance Product Support: Assist in the processing and servicing of insurance products, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent communication and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document Management: Review and verify documents submitted by agents, ensuring they meet the required standards and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Assist the Crop Insurance Sales Team in growing the business by preparing and delivering documents for client meetings and sales presentations.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on documents and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in insurance or an agricultural-related field preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid crop insurance license or ability to obtain one within three months from the time of hire.
- Skills: Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills; basic agricultural knowledge; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills; strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
