About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Client Services Administrator to join our team at Findex. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling, organization, and communication with team members and clients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the quality expectations of our clients and our business.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
