About the Role
Join our vibrant Client Services team as a Client Manager, serving as the primary contact for our esteemed clients. In this client-focused position, you will play a crucial role in addressing client needs and ensuring our operational team achieves outstanding results in Workers Compensation claims management.
As a Client Manager, you will be tasked with developing strong connections with both current and prospective clients, while also having the opportunity to operate across various jurisdictions. Collaborating closely with our operational and sales teams, you will leverage every opportunity to enhance service delivery and optimize revenue for our clients and the organization.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing client relationships and providing support for troubleshooting
- Assisting clients in reaching their performance objectives
- Customizing services to align with client needs and industry developments
- Building and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Facilitating claims reviews and ensuring productive discussions between clients and our team
- Evaluating claims trends and implementing risk management processes
- Educating clients on compliant claims management and offering strategic solutions
- Resolving conflicts among multiple parties
About You
What We Seek
To thrive in this role, you should be an engaging Client Relationship expert with a proven history in relationship management. Additionally, the following qualifications are desirable:
- Prior experience in the insurance or workers compensation sector or as a Client Manager is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is advantageous.
