
Technical Support Specialist

About This Role:
">- Support customers by responding to their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize multiple platforms and systems to capture all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and respond with solutions that meet their expectations and adhere to established service level agreements.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their requests and concerns.
Key Requirements:
">- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and customers.
- Achieve high-level problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Apply call centre experience to provide exceptional customer support services.
- Be available to work a rotational roster including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online document management systems.
