Technical IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to various departments and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to manage relationships with customers at different levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via telephone, email, face-to-face, and remotely.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Administer Windows Operating System (OS) and 365 system build, preparation, and administration.
  • Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Access controls, software deployments, Mobile Iron Queue management, and resolving Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Compile and troubleshoot issues before engaging internal support teams for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
  • NV1 security clearance required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with influence, handling diverse customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience in delivering outcomes while working independently.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, focusing on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
