Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of a human resources system. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

About the Role
  • The role involves configuring, testing, and change management activities for the system.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to identify and implement payroll and system priorities and project activities.
  • C coordination of system controls, protocols, and procedures is also key to this role.
  • As a technical expert, you will provide advice to resolve complex issues and assist users of the system and Employee Self Service applications.
  • Maintenance and development of interfaces with other systems is also part of the job.
  • Progression and delivery of work priorities will be monitored regularly.
