Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled technical support specialist to provide personnel and technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics.

  • Track and manage ICT assets, stock requirements, and consumables both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage inventories, invoices, and registers.
  • Perform server and storage break and fix tasks.
  • Provide support for Enterprise products.
  • Prepare and dispatch ICT assets, stock requirements, and consumables both domestically and internationally.
  • Apply asset information to ICT asset systems.
  • Monitor and apply Remedy updates and requests.
  • Conduct initial configuration/imaging of in-scope OS/devices and Apple Macs.
  • Obtain forklift license qualification.
  • Track the decommissioning of in-scope OS/devices and Apple Macs as needed.

Requirements:

  • NV2 Clearance is required.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on technical experience.
  • Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or military technical school/universities.
  • Bachelor's degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or military technical school/universities.

Required Skills:

  • Asset Management data analysis.
  • Data cleansing and maintenance.
  • Asset Management reporting.
  • Client support for ITSM tool upgrade.
