Servicing Excellence Lead
Job Description:The Servicing Excellence Lead will be responsible for guiding teams in enhancing service delivery for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This includes implementing strategies to promote continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
This position involves planning and executing regular monitoring and review of systems and processes used by support staff, ensuring seamless delivery of services. The Servicing Excellence Lead will also provide coaching and mentoring to direct support staff, articulating performance standards through constructive feedback.
An additional responsibility is contributing to support planning for individuals with disabilities, collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes. The Servicing Excellence Lead will participate in the AS&RS Governance Structure, driving continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
