As a Guest Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our hotel's standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a deep understanding of hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and tailor services to guest preferences, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge teams to meet guest expectations and provide daily updates on VIP and loyalty members.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, preferences, complaints, and resolutions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Adjust staffing rosters to ensure optimal coverage for guest needs and maintain a high level of service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a premium or luxury hotel setting, focusing on Guest Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Opera PMS and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Australian working rights and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
