Strategic Business Analysis Leadership

This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record in guiding complex transformation programs. You will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality business and process analysis across multiple streams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Business Analysts across HCM, Payroll & Finance, and ICT streams.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis across Identity Management, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integration workstreams.
  • Drive process reengineering efforts to support the future-state operating model and system transformations.
  • Act as the central liaison between business units, vendors, and technical delivery teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.
  • Ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined, validated, and maintained through the program lifecycle.
  • Maintain governance over BA deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
  • Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation (process maps, use cases, user stories, integration specs, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in process analysis, business reengineering, and systems integration. A track record of success in large-scale digital transformation programs is highly valued.

Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies are preferred, but not required. If you have experience with process analysis, business reengineering, and systems integration, we encourage you to apply.
