Overview

Strategic Oversight Role for Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary:

This senior leadership position is responsible for the strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across various business units. As a key member of the executive team, you will provide high-level financial advice and support to drive business decisions.

Duties:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive three-year operating budget aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leaders to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
  • Analyze financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts.
  • Promote financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform long-term planning and sustainability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely budgetary control systems.
  • Design and deliver financial performance reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
About YouRequirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience.
  • Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling.
  • Desirable: Experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central and Magiq, Power BI.
