Lead a high-profile digital transformation program as a seasoned Business Analysis leader. The program spans ERP, HR/Payroll, and Finance systems, involving multiple complex streams of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage three BA Leads and their respective teams across HCM, Payroll & Finance, and ICT streams.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis across Identity Management, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integration workstreams.
  • Drive process reengineering efforts to support future-state operating models and system transformations.
  • Maintain governance over BA deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
  • Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation.

As an experienced Business Analysis leader, you bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep expertise in process analysis, business reengineering, and systems integration.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience in senior Business Analysis leadership roles within complex transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated capability leading and mentoring Business Analysts across multiple streams and domains.
  • Strong process analysis and reengineering experience, with ability to align business needs and technical delivery.
  • Deep understanding of cross-system integration impacts, data flows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Skilled in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business units, vendors, and executives.
