As a business analyst, you will be responsible for conducting walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs. You will also be expected to translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and testing plans.
You will work closely with stakeholders to define and document data mapping and business process mapping. Additionally, you will undertake and support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans and cases.
Professionally engaging with stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Experience with content management systems, CRM knowledge, and systems implementation are highly desirable.
Requirements- 5+ years' experience in a similar business analysis role
- Proven experience with content management systems; preferably Drupal or WordPress
- Systems implementation experience, particularly in finance software
- Strong CRM skills, including experience with MS Dynamics
