Business Analyst Lead Opportunity

This role involves guiding a team of analysts to deliver business and process analysis across various streams.

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering high-quality business analysis across multiple streams.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business analysis, ensuring strategic alignment and quality.
  • Drive process reengineering efforts to support future-state operating models and system transformations.
  • Act as a central liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.

You will be responsible for guiding a team of three Business Analyst Leads to ensure the strategic delivery of business analysis across the program. You will oversee the delivery of end-to-end business analysis, drive process reengineering efforts, and act as a central liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor three BA Leads and their respective teams across HCM, Payroll & Finance, and ICT streams.
  2. Business Analysis Delivery: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis across Identity Management, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integration workstreams.
  3. Process Reengineering: Drive process reengineering efforts to support the future-state operating model and system transformations.
  4. Liaison and Governance: Act as the central liaison between business units, vendors, and technical delivery teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined, validated, and maintained through the program lifecycle.
  6. Integration Analysis: Provide oversight of integration analysis across platforms, ensuring consistency in data models and business logic.
  7. Risk and Issue Management: Present key analysis insights, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies at cross-program governance forums.
  8. Governance and Compliance: Maintain governance over BA deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
  9. Documentation and Communication: Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation (process maps, use cases, user stories, integration specs, etc.).

About the Role: You are an experienced and confident Business Analysis Leader with a track record of success in large-scale digital transformation programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior Business Analysis leadership role within complex transformation programs (ERP, HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated capability leading and mentoring Business Analysts across multiple streams and domains.
  • Process Analysis and Reengineering: Strong process analysis and reengineering experience, with ability to align business needs and technical delivery.
  • Cross-System Integration: Deep understanding of cross-system integration impacts, data flows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Skilled in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business units, vendors, and executives.
  • Project Management: Experience managing business analysis across concurrent projects or agile streams, with strong planning and governance skills.
