Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in supporting a group of talented Business Analysts across a corporate domain.

You will be instrumental in transforming the domain to build a digitised system that supports customers with their relationship, onboarding, and product needs. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, including line management of junior BA's and defining BA Practices and ways of working.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting technology teams in understanding requirements for delivering commitments.
  • Developing requirements for non-technology solution components, such as business operating models and business process solutions.
  • Leading cross-stream dependencies and detailed requirements.
  • Defining work tasks, including dependencies, in collaboration with squads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or leading a group of BA's. You should have deep expertise in analysis and delivery within complex environments. Understanding of Financial Products, processes, and systems mapping is also required. Creativity in simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving, and analysis is essential.
