Senior Business Analysis Leader

Job Opportunity:
">- As a seasoned Business Analysis Leader, you will oversee the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis across multiple workstreams.
- You will lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to achieve exceptional results in large-scale digital transformation programs.
- The role requires strong process analysis and reengineering experience, with the ability to align business needs and technical delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business units, vendors, and executives are essential.
- Experience managing business analysis across concurrent projects or agile streams is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, process flows, integrations, and platform interoperability.
- Plan and facilitate resource planning and workload management for the broader BA function.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in a senior Business Analysis leadership role within complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated capability leading and mentoring Business Analysts across multiple streams and domains.
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies skills; hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
