About the Role

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security presence and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain site databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with rostering of personnel at site to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Compile and submit weekly reports to the On-Site Representative to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date Site Standing Orders and communicate changes of policy and procedures to site personnel.
  • Ensure site training requirements are met through ongoing training and re-supply of information.
  • Ensure all staff are inducted and trained appropriately for the site and hold all relevant up-to-date licenses and certifications.
  • Report incidents through the correct channels and take appropriate actions.
  • Meet and report on weekly and/or monthly KPIs.
  • Provide detailed KPI reports as required.
  • Manage and address employee-related matters in line with MSS Security policies and procedures.
  • Attend meetings with site stakeholders as required.
  • Perform all duties as directed by MSS management.
Requirements
  • 12 months' experience in the security industry.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and security license.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Open driver's license.
  • High level of computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
  • Integrity and sound judgment.
  • Minimum of NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.
