Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a security presence, managing site databases, and maintaining up-to-date site standing orders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain site databases
- Assist with rostering personnel at site
- Compile and send weekly reports to the On-Site Representative
- Maintain up-to-date site standing orders and communicate changes of policy and procedures
- Ensure site training requirements are kept up to date with HSE and HR policies
- Induct and train staff appropriately for the site and maintain relevant records
- Report incidents through the correct channels and take appropriate actions
- Meet and report weekly and/or monthly KPIs
- Manage and address employee-related matters in line with MSS Security policies and procedures
- Attend meetings with site stakeholders as required
- Perform all duties as directed by MSS management
- 12 months security industry experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security license
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- High level of computer literacy skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
- Minimum of NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
