Senior Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our property management team. As the leader of our property management specialists, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of property management professionals to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure all properties under management are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall efficiency of the property management function.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to the property management team to nurture their skills and support their career growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the residential leasing and property management market.
  • Represent the company and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, tenants and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property, Residential Leasing & Property Management industry and associated legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions.
  • Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
