About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of property management professionals to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of residential leasing and property management services. You will play a strategic part in driving business growth and success.

  • Oversee and manage a team of property management specialists to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain properties under management to a high standard and in compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to nurture skills and support career growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with significant experience in senior property management roles, preferably within the residential sector. You should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property industry and associated legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
  • A Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
