Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team at IIQAF. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the employee relations activities within our organization, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding employee relations matters, providing guidance, support, and resolution to workplace issues.
  • Investigations and Resolutions: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment, and conduct thorough investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and provide guidance and support to management on best practices for handling employee relations issues.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to enhance managers' understanding and skills, and collaborate with other HR professionals on initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
