- Evaluate and enhance company policies
- Prepare essential employment documentation
- Conduct thorough investigations in workplace settings
- Assist in various project initiatives

Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Relations or Law
- Relevant HR experience in the Australian or New Zealand market
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time role
- Candidates must possess valid work rights for Australia or New Zealand
- Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination protocols is required.
