This is a Performance Marketing Specialist role with BuildPass, a leading company in Australia. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through high-quality, sustainable leads generated by performance-based campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Develop, implement, optimize, and manage all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will be given ownership to A/B test and identify the most effective strategies, creative, and messaging to improve marketing efforts with data-driven insights.
- Budget Management: Manage Paid Media budget and channel split to drive revenue targets while maintaining target ROAS and CAC.
- Analysis and Reporting: Communicate accurate and timely monthly reports on the performance of paid channels to the wider marketing, sales, and executive teams.
- Website SEO: Work alongside the Marketing Manager and agency team to optimize the website user experience and search engine performance, including tracking, link building, and content creation (keyword planning, blog ideas).
- Performance Tracking: Manage and optimize conversion tracking across all platforms and the BuildPass website, ensuring Hubspot's reporting capabilities are being used to full effect.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience creating, optimizing, and managing digital campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Mandatory in-platform experience (Meta & Google).
- Highly analytical with a focus on key metrics and ROI from digital marketing, with the ability to convert insights into clear, actionable reports.
- Forecast and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring appropriate allocation between channels.
- Advanced in Google Analytics and other campaign management tools.
