Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure connectivity, consistency, and timely delivery of all components in response to briefs, including strategy, communications planning, investment, and optimization.
  • Manage the business by delivering the service proposition to clients and overseeing end-to-end management for individual clients.
  • Maintain client relationships according to the defined strategy.
  • Accountable for the overall client relationship, operations, and deliverables.
  • Own the commercial and service aspects of the client relationship, ensuring seamless delivery and profitability.

A Bit About You:

  • Exceptional client service and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence.
  • Proven capability to foster collaboration and engagement swiftly, enabling team support.
  • Experience with TV, Print, OOH, and Digital (Video, Programmatic, Display).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Capacity to manage a high volume of requests from diverse stakeholders.

What's in it for You:

  • Flexibility to work when and where you are most productive, supported by our 'Be the Best You' policy, which includes a $250 contribution towards your home office setup.
  • Opportunities to give back through dedicated volunteer leave and our company-wide event, One Day for Change.
  • Five weeks of annual leave after two years of service, along with three company wellness days each year for personal time.
  • Career development and learning opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.

We are looking for a Senior Client Director with a proven track record in delivering media outcomes, capable of leading large client engagements and collaborating across broader dentsu initiatives. This role requires a passion for media planning and buying, as well as expertise in navigating sponsorships and large media deals.
