Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Specialist to join our team at a busy hospital site in Epping. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety of staff, patients, and visitors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and associated equipment
- Reporting writing and administrative duties
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Assisting with emergency situations and access breaches
- Night patrol and asset protection
- Providing excellent customer service to internal/external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have previous control room and monitoring experience, a current Victorian Control Room Security Licence, and a Working With Children Check (WWCC). They should also be computer literate in MS Office and associated programs.
