Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Security Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining store security, minimizing losses, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Loss Prevention, with a strong background in customer service, preferably in Retail or Hospitality. A relevant state security license is desired, along with basic to intermediate computer skills and an Australian driver's license.
Responsibilities:- Operational Security Systems Management: Ensure that all operational physical security systems are functioning effectively.
- Relationship Building and Policy Promotion: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders while promoting policy compliance.
- Incident Response and High-Profile Activities: Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and participate in high-profile activities as required.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in Loss Prevention is highly desirable.
- State Security License: Holding a relevant state security license is preferred.
- Customer Service Background: Strong background in customer service, ideally within Retail or Hospitality.
- Australian Driver's License: Possession of an Australian driver's license with access to a motor vehicle.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic to intermediate computer skills.
