Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Security Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting safety and security across the store by mitigating risk through overt and covert operations, and implementing Stock Loss Management policies and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to start their career in the field of security operations, learning fundamental concepts of Risk Management & Stock Loss while developing exceptional administration and investigative skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and implementing risk management policies to prevent stock loss
  • Reporting incidents both internally and externally
  • Managing stock loss prevention tasks
  • Ensuring store safety and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CENTRE MANAGEMENT, LOCAL POLICE, AND OTHER RETAILERS
  • Inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Representing the company in Workplace Health and Safety matters
  • Operating cameras and surveillance systems to deter and detect potential security threats

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Suitable Security License
  • Current First Aid Certificate
