About the Role:

MSS Security is seeking dedicated Full Time Relievers and Casual Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne Olympic Parks. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.
  • Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement.
  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive report writing skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Extensive experience operating within a high-demand control room environment.
