Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team.
- Deliver exceptional security and customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Monitor CCTV feeds, access control systems, and conduct regular audits to ensure seamless security operations.
- Patrol and monitor assigned premises, identifying potential security threats and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing critical support and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential security risks and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage access control systems, ensuring authorized personnel have secure access to sensitive areas.
- Compile incident reports and maintain accurate data logs to inform future security initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Security License with Control Room Endorsement.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Control Room environment.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
- Proven track record in the security industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
