As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception area. This includes supervising daily administration, greeting guests, handling queries and complaints, and booking rooms. Your primary goal will be to maintain high standards of customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every turn.

- Perform tasks as per standards, including daily administration, meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with queries and complaints, and booking rooms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure the team attends all training courses offered by Management.
- Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
- Ensure the reception team is fully aware of their roles and carry out duties conforming to the Procedure Manual.
- Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by Management.
- Ensure quality in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain Front Office log book and shift reports.
- Ensure all guests receive a swift, smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals.
- Honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.
- Ability to accept responsibility.
- Ability to enhance organizational performance.
- Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
