About the Role

The Front Reception Officer will provide effective and efficient support services to maintain and enhance the operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including managing schedules and appointments.
  • Process and maintain accurate records, draft and format standard documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Respond to enquiries, resolve concerns or issues, and record relevant correspondence according to set processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of systems and databases, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain stock and issue expendable stores, including recording stock levels and distributing equipment.
  • Input data for school leadership reports, including financial and budget information.
  • Establish and maintain filing and records management systems.
  • Assist with staff and student training coordination.
Requirements
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
