A Permanent Full-time Position Awaits
The ideal candidate will lead a regional team, delivering programs that align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage the operations of youth centres, including lease agreements, maintenance, and capital works.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate mental health, wellbeing, and leadership services in partnership with schools and service providers.
- Supervise and guide a team of Youth Support Officers to plan, deliver, and evaluate youth programs.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current issues and trends affecting children and young people.
- Recent relevant experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating youth programs.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to accurately document program performance and outcomes.
- Ability to supervise and support a team, promoting high performance and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Experience in effective and efficient management of resources, including financial and staffing aspects.
