About The RoleThis permanent, full-time role will see you play a crucial part in day-to-day operations and personnel onsite.
You will foster positive relationships and empower staff as a key member of our team.
Your duties will include:
- Mobilising new personnel arrivals to site, including inductions, site access, transport, and accommodation.
- Coordinating and managing the mobilisation of Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) workers.
- Transporting employees to clinics and appointments.
- Conflict resolution and addressing employee issues proactively.
- Managing and supporting onsite employee wellbeing through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
- Educating and mentoring onsite employees on workplace operations.
- Fostering the relationship between the client and FIP Group employees.
- Managing the onsite workforce, including employee onboarding, performance, conduct, probationary checks, warnings, and terminations.
- Escalating serious breaches or seeking guidance on desired outcomes from Internal HR.
- Overseeing, managing, and reporting on employee retention and attendance.
- Educating and coaching onsite employees and visitors on safe site practices.
- Monitoring and reporting site safety and WHS policies and procedures.
To excel in this position, you should be committed to delivering results and supporting onsite personnel.

You should also possess the following attributes:
- People management experience.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite skills.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to Human Resources fundamentals; HR experience is desirable.
- An open Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- The ability and willingness to receive a QFever vaccination and complete a Police Check.
- Exposure to site safety and WHS policies is desired.
- Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce is desired.
This role offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
