About the Role

As a Site Operations Manager at BGIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This position is responsible for leading the successful delivery of our Services Agreement within a designated portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple sites, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the BGIS Operations Centre, and vendors.
  • KPI Achievement: Ensure all Services Agreement KPIs are met, with duties including tracking and approving work orders, monitoring Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and managing shared email inboxes.
  • Financial Management: Review, verify, and approve all payment claims and documentation, resolving non-conformance issues as necessary.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate minor works and Capex projects, from scoping to pricing, alongside the Account and Project Delivery Services (PDS) teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients and external vendors, providing key reports and documentation for minor projects.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with BGIS's Quality, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), and Environmental systems. Facilitate reactive maintenance and minor works, ensuring safe practices through regular compliance checks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to achieve the best outcomes for clients, maintaining accountability and teamwork.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainability efforts, tracking relevant indicators and collaborating with stakeholders to meet environmental goals.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator who has:

  • Experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Experience in a coordination role of Facilities Management, Project Management, and/or Financial Management within an integrated services model.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance, OH&S, and Environmental Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CMMS.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to adapt to change.
