Job Description

As a Site Team Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily on-site tasks and supporting the delivery of subdivision projects. Working closely with the Site Supervisor, you'll lead your team to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard.

  • Lead and motivate a team of workers on-site to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to maximise efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with the Site Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in civil construction, with a focus on subdivisions highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with team members and supervisors.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
