The Role

We seek a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to support our onsite team, fostering positive relationships and driving operational excellence.

This full-time role offers a challenging opportunity to make a meaningful impact, leveraging your exceptional people management skills and business acumen.

You will be responsible for:

  • Mobilising new personnel, ensuring seamless inductions and site access;
  • Coordinating the mobilisation of Pacific Labour Scheme workers, maximising their potential in our operations;
  • Transporting employees to clinics and appointments, prioritising their well-being;
  • Supporting employee wellbeing through regular check-ins and follow-ups;
  • Educating and mentoring onsite staff on workplace operations, promoting a culture of excellence;
  • Fostering strong relationships between clients and FIP Group employees;
  • Managing the onsite workforce, including employee onboarding, performance monitoring, and conducting related matters;
  • Overseeing employee retention, attendance, and reporting on site safety and WHS policies;
About You

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in people management and coordination;
  • Intermediate computer literacy, with expertise in Microsoft Suite;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • A background in Human Resources or similar field is desirable;
  • An open driver's license and reliable vehicle;
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability;
  • Ability to receive a QFever vaccination and complete a Police Check;
  • Experience working with diverse workforces and cultures is advantageous;

Estimated Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
