SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Allied Health Assistants to join our Occupational Therapy team in a casual capacity. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to provide a flexible and responsive service that meets each client's identified therapeutic goals.
You will be based across different clinical areas within the acute inpatient streams at The Alfred Hospital and the sub-acute home-based stream at Caulfield Hospital. Your duties may include:
- Providing group therapy or individual treatment as directed by Occupational Therapists
- Assisting with administrative and clinical support functions to contribute to patient management and the effectiveness of the Occupational Therapy Service
