SalaryThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Services Manager to lead our National Occupational Health Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, and occupational health services, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery that aligns with KINNECT's standards and client expectations.
You will lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards and clinical governance frameworks across all medical services provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of pre-employment, health surveillance, and occupational health and medical services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards and clinical governance frameworks.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in occupational health management, a track record of delivering high-quality services, and strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational health, or related allied health field.
