Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator

At our residential aged care homes, we strive to create a vibrant and engaging environment that fosters the wellbeing of our residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs and social activities to promote the psychological, social, and physical wellbeing of residents.
  • Lead the Lifestyle Team in creating and delivering personalized programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Previous experience leading a small team or group, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of older generations, with a passion for promoting their independence and dignity.
